Important Information

  • Our schedule is available up to 20 days in advance. If you’d like to schedule an appointment beyond that time, please check back when your preferred appointment date is within the 20-day window.
  • Before scheduling an Intake Assessment with our therapists, please ensure you have read our Office Policies and Insurance and Fees
  • After scheduling, you’ll receive a registration email from CHARM Health within 48 hours. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it. Be sure to register promptly and complete any follow-up requests.
  • You must be physically located in the same state your provider is licensed in (Oregon, Washington, or Maine) at the time of your appointment.
